Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to return products within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving your order and choose:
1. Product or size exchange
2. Credit code issuance
3. Refund
For the return to be accepted, the products must be in perfect condition, with all their labels and in their original packaging.
Returns are not accepted for personalized products or products marked "NO RETURNS."
Return Costs
• Greece: The first return is free of charge with General Post (with the option "Recipient pays"). For a second or additional return within the same order, the return costs are borne by the customer.
• Cyprus: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (except for defective products).
• International: The customer is responsible for return shipping, customs clearance, taxes, and duties.

Return Methods
• Product/size exchange
You can exchange the product for another available size or another product from our e-shop.
• Credit code
Upon receipt of the returned products, a personal discount code of equal value will be issued, which will be sent to your email and can be used for purchases on Collectivanoir.com within 12 months of its issuance.
• (Refund
The refund will be completed within twelve (12) business days of receipt and inspection of the products:
• For cash on delivery payments: the amount will be deposited into the bank account you specified on the Return Form.
• For payments by card, PayPal, or Klarna: the refund will be made automatically to the original payment method.
• In the case of gift orders, no refunds will be given; you can choose to exchange the item or receive a credit note.
Restrictions
• We do not accept returns on personalized products, products marked "NO RETURNS" or purchases with an invoice (professionals/companies).
• In the case of a gift card purchase, the refund will be credited back to the gift card until the original amount is covered.
Additional Terms
If an order is declared "undeliverable" twice due to the customer's fault, Collectiva Noir reserves the right not to resend the order to the same customer.
